If you’re ever unfortunate enough to have a day where you’ve got both work and a festival to attend to and no time to change in between, don’t panic – because ASOS has got your back.

The fashion retailer has just started advertising its new SS18 collection with a photo of a model wearing what looks like a corporate work outfit…accessorised with an over-the-chest bumbag.

Obviously, the internet isn’t quite sure what to make of this ‘look’, and people have been posting some confused tweets in response.

One person wrote: ‘WHY IS SHE WEARING A BUMBAG LIKE THIS? Stop trolling us ASOS.’

Someone else said: ‘When you got work at 9 but boomtown at 10.’

The outfit features a grey tartan blazer and short skirt – which is so stretchy the model wearing it can do actual lunges in it (we know, super practical).

To top it off, the model has paired the outfit with a bumbag which sits on her chest.

No, we don’t understand why she’s wearing it like that either.

But one Twitter user has a theory as to how it went down. They said: ‘Photographer: Now, put the bumbag over your shoulder
‘@ASOS model: But that’s not how it’s supposed to be-

‘Photographer: And lunge.

‘Model: Pardon?

‘Photographer: Just do a lunge with the bumbag over your shoulder, go on.

‘Model: Oh, won’t that look a bit…

‘Photographer: LUNGE!!!’

We can totally see that happening.

In all honesty, we’ve come to expect bizarre fashion from ASOS. It’s got to the point where strange releases don’t even surprise us anymore. They’ve released too many questionable creations in the past. This includes the Valentine’s satin heart lingerie, the jeans over jeans, and the jumpsuit that was just a massive pair of trousers.

ASOS, are you ever going to give it up?
