When is Liverpool vs Roma Champions League semi-final? Dates, ticket information and odds

Liverpool fans are pretty happy following the Champions League semi-final draw as they head into the last four of the competition as hot favourites to beat Roma.

The Reds were superb in beating Manchester City in the quarter-finals, whilst Roma shocked the world in beating Barcelona, but the Premier League side are expected to triumph when the two sides meet.

The other side of the draw sees a heavyweight clash between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich after Madrid edged past Juventus and Bayern saw off Sevilla.

It has been an incredible dramatic tournament thus far and there is plenty more to come…

When is Liverpool vs Roma in the Champions League semi-final?

The first leg will be played at Anfield on Tuesday, 24 April.


The teams will then meet in the second leg at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Wednesday, 2 May.

When are tickets on sale?

This is not yet known, with the Liverpool FC site currently stating: Full details including sale dates and sale criteria will be announced here as soon as the club receives confirmation of its allocation.

When and where is the Champions League final?

The final is on Saturday, 26 May at the Olympic Stadium in Kiev.

What is the Champions League prize money?

UEFA has confirmed that an estimated €1,318.9m is set to be distributed among the clubs participating in the Champions League and Super Cup during the 2017/18 season.

The 32 clubs in the group stage of the competition were given a guaranteed minimum amount of €12.7m, along with €1.5m for each win and €500k for each draw.

Prize money continues to escalate throughout the competition with quarter finalists gaining €6.5m and semi-final teams receiving €7.5m.

The runner-up team in the Champions League will receive €11m, with the winner being awarded €15.5m meaning a potential total of €57.2m in prize money for the eventual winner.
