Mario Mandzukic will be available for selection against Manchester United on Wednesday night, confirmed Massimiliano Allegri.

Juventus have been hit with a wave of injury concerns ahead of the Champions League game, with attacking trio Douglas Costa, Blaise Matuidi and Mandzukic doubts for the game.

We might go with (Juan) Cuadrado, (Paulo) Dybala and (Cristiano) Ronaldo tomorrow, but I still have to make a decision on that, Allegri said.

Well need to play better than we did in Manchester because United are always a threat. We must be completely focused as theres a lot on the line.

Allegri did confirm that Costa would sit out the clash, while Federico Bernardeschi, Emre Can, and Moise Kea are also injured.

The news of Mandzukics recovery will come as a blow for United, who will be missing Romelu Lukaku for the match.

Jose Mourinho confirmed in his pre-match press conference Lukaku would have to sit out the trip to Italy, and revealed the striker was a major doubt for the Manchester derby on Sunday.

United are keen to improve on their dismal showing against Juventus in the reverse fixture at Old Trafford.

Juventus are in full control of Group H, five points ahead of United in second, but the Red Devils are still on track to qualify for the knockout stages.

A win or draw in Turin would be a major boost to United ahead of a crucial fixture with Manchester City at the weekend in the Premier League.
