The Argentine was at his ruthless best in the second half, scoring four after the break as City moved 16 points clear at the top of the Premier League.
By bagging his first, he scored in his seventh consecutive game at the Etihad – a first since he joined the club – and the goals just kept coming for the diminutive Argentine.
He moved to within a mere three goals of the 200-mark for City with his fourth – a rocket in added time – and in the process passed the 20-mark for this season.

Remarkably, Aguero has now scored 20+ in four consecutive Premier League campaigns, becoming just the fourth player to achieve such a feat.
Thierry Henry, Alan Shearer and Harry Kane are the only other stars to have pulled off that strike rate, and Aguero has once again confirmed his status as a Premier League legend.
