Tyson Fury has been widely praised for his rapid dismantling of Tom Schwarz on Saturday night, but his brother Shane was not impressed by his performance.
The Gypsy King was in fine form in Las Vegas as he peppered his German opponent, made him miss wildly and then stopped him in the second round with a prolonged flurry of accurate punches.
It was a short nights work for the 30-year-old who took almost no damage in the process, but it wasnt enough to win over his biggest critic.
My friends and family who came over were all happy with the performance, said Fury. My brother Shanes my biggest critic, he told me it was complete s**t.
So back to the drawing board for Shane.
Fury took his professional record to 28-0-1 with the comfortable victory on his Las Vegas debut and calls for a rematch with Deontay Wilder became all the louder.
The two men fought to a classic draw in December with Wilders WBC heavyweight title on the line, and were expected to fight again immediately.
However, Furys new television deal with ESPN put a spanner in the works and the fans are forced to wait to see the Gypsy King and the Bronze Bomber go to war again.
The Englishman is set to fight another opponent in either September or October in New York, but promises that the rematch with Wilder will happen, most likely at the start of 2020, throwing in a dig at the recently beaten Anthony Joshua in the process.
Deontay Wilder is coming. This fights going to happen, he said.
There was three horses in the heavyweight division and then there was two. And I already beat him once and Ill beat him again and again and again.
He aint going to fight 50% Tyson Fury. Hell get a back active, back sharp Tyson Fury.
Its heavyweight boxing and anything can happen at any given moment, but the way I box and my style is kryptonite for anybody.
