A Philadelphia oil refinery has been destroyed by a huge fire and multiple explosions.
The blaze began around 4am EST Friday, with butane fuel tanks seen igniting against the backdrop of the night sky.
Local residents say they felt multiple explosions, with residents in neighboring South Jersey and Delaware County also feeling the force of the blasts.
The citys fire department said 51 fire trucks and 120 firefighters were dispatched to tackle the blaze.
Deputy Fire Commissioner Craig Murphy told ABC6 that the blaze has been contained, but added that it has not yet been brought under control.
