Police have named Brandon Clark as the prime suspect in the beheading murder of 17 year-old Instagrammer Bianca Devins.
Clark, 21, was identified as prime suspect in Devins Sunday murder in a press release issued by Utica Police in upstate New York Monday afternoon. Rolling Stone reported he was enraged with Bianca after she held hands with and kissed another person at a concert they attended the night before.
It says Clark, of Bridgeport in New York was found with significant injuries outside Biancas home in Utica Sunday.
He is said to have tried to kill himself, with cops managing to talk him down.
Biancas badly-mutilated body was found nearby.
Lieutenant Bryan Coromato, from Utica Police Department, says his officers have not yet been able to speak with Clark, who is receiving hospital treatment.
He has not been charged with any crime, and a mugshot has not been released.
Coromato also confirmed that Clark had been in a relationship with Bianca for two to three months after meeting online.
The couple had attended a concert in New York City Sunday night, and drove back to Biancas house shortly before she was killed.
After allegedly killing Bianca, Clark is said to have shared photos and a video of her mutilated corpse online.
He reportedly shared one on gaming app Discord, with the caption Sorry fuckers, youre goinna have to find someone else to orbit.
Orbiting is a term used to describe men who lurk on a womans social media account in the hopes of having sex with her.
Police say they have authenticated the photos, and are working to establish whether the video is also genuine.
Clark reportedly shared the murder photos with the caption Im sorry Bianca.
He is also said to have changed his biographical information on the social media site, to read 10/06/1997 – 7/14/19′, it is claimed.
