A woman has given birth to a baby girl with four legs and three hands.
The parents had not been for an ultrasound and so the birth of the little girl alongside a healthy twin brother came as a shock to medics in India.
Experts think the first-time mother could have been expecting triplets but one pair were conjoined.
The mum, Raju Gurjar, 24, gave birth on Friday in a government-run hospital in Tonk, Rajasthan.
While the boy is absolutely healthy, the girl was born with an extra set of legs and hands covering her entire chest and abdomen.
Doctors believe the extra limbs can be removed through surgery.
